Common questions
Yes. With the Vouchers app (Settings → Apps), a “Buy voucher” link appears on your public booking page. Clients choose a fixed or free amount within your limits, PDF by email, delivery by post (with a shipping fee you set) or pick-up in the salon, and can add a recipient, sender and personal message. The app is only available together with the Treatflow POS, because vouchers are redeemed there.
You choose the payment methods: with Treatflow Pay clients pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the voucher is issued immediately and emailed as a PDF. With bank transfer, the POS automatically creates and emails an invoice; the voucher is issued once you confirm the payment in the POS.
Vouchers sold online are multi-purpose vouchers: VAT is only due when the voucher is redeemed at the Treatflow POS, not when it is bought. In the POS you manage online orders, see whether a voucher was sold online or at the till, its remaining balance and its redemption history.
