WhatsApp for appointment messages
Confirmations, reminders, cancellations and rescheduling now via WhatsApp — settings under Apps.
WhatsApp is available in Treatflow and now lives under Apps → WhatsApp.
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations and rescheduling
- Turn each occasion on or off individually
- Monthly limit to keep costs under control
- Email fallback when WhatsApp is off
Requirement: enable WhatsApp sending for the studio. Marketing and workflow messages need the customer’s marketing consent.
