Waitlist when appointments are fully booked
Fully booked does not mean lost: customers can join the waitlist — if someone cancels, matching people automatically get an email with free times.
When no online slots are left, customers can join the waitlist directly on the booking page.
- Automatic notification on cancellation — by email to matching people
- Two modes: notify only the next person (with a response window) or everyone interested that day
- Send emails with the current day overview at any time
- Overview of all entries and manual notification in the dashboard
- Enable with one click under Settings → Online booking
