Swiss21 invoices emailed to customers
When you create an invoice from the calendar, Swiss21 can email it to the customer immediately.
When you create a Swiss21 AbaNinja invoice from the calendar, you can optionally send it to the customer by email right away.
- Checkbox “Send to customer by email” in the invoice dialog
- Sent via Swiss21 — status there is set to sent
- Works as soon as the customer has an email address
Without an email address the invoice is still created in Swiss21; you can then send it manually there.
