Buffer time is visible in the calendar

Appointments with buffer time are no longer shown as a single solid block in the calendar.

• The treatment stays in the usual appointment color.
• The buffer afterwards appears hatched and is clearly separated from the appointment.
• You can see immediately when you are with the client and when time remains for wrap-up.
