From-prices for flexible services

For individually calculated treatments you can now choose between a fixed price and a from-price.

• In online booking the minimum appears clearly as a "from" price.
• The final amount stays open in the appointment and can be set after the treatment.
• POS, invoices and reports then use only the actual final price you enter.
